GPJ is the world's top event and experiential marketing agency. Every day, we create immersive experiences for brands with consumers at the center. While there will always be a place for traditional advertising (and there are some incredible examples of it!), we are more excited than ever before because we believe experiential is the way of the future. During this internship, you will gain experience and learn about the different functions of the agency in planning live integrated marketing experiences.  Each section of the curriculum will allow you to be immersed in the functions of different departments, meeting with mentors to learn all about what makes them experts at creating those experiences for the client. The intern program coordinator will provide guidance and support throughout your experience. You will meet together weekly to review your milestones and ensure you are getting the most out of your internship experience.



  1. Austin is amazing! We are a very FIT city with numerous outdoor trails and parks plus hundreds of fitness studios around the city for indoor classes.   

  2. We're the live music capital of the world! Any night of the week you can catch hundreds of live music shows all over the city.   

  3. And we LOVE to eat! There are so many delicious and fun restaurants all over the city to explore.

  1. All interns will be assigned mock events during their internship. These assignments will challenge interns to stay on top of trends and contribute strategic ideas, bringing a fresh perspective to the table.    
  2. Interns will become part of our fun agency culture, learning what it’s like to work in a professional, fast-paced environment by leading all internal events and activities.   
  3. Interns will be immersed in the event production process, leaving with a comprehensive understanding of all that it takes to create immersive, full campaign experiences.
