MAIP fellows engage in a 22-week nation-wide fellowship that’s both virtual and in-agency: fellows focus on training and development specific to the advertising industry. Simultaneously, the program offers advertising agencies the opportunity to access top talent and strengthens the 4A’s efforts to enhance and sustain the health and wellness of our industry.
