Sophie Pauze has over 10 years’ experience working at the intersection of the public, private and nonprofit sectors. As the Strategic Partnerships Advisor, Sophie leads ThriveNYC’s partnership strategy and implementation with the goals to reduce mental health stigma and to strengthen mental health services across New York City. In addition to partnership development, Sophie directs Thrive in your Workplace, a key engagement strategy for including the city’s employers in the effort to build awareness of and supports for mental health in the workplace. Prior to this role, Sophie has worked at the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City where she managed public-private partnerships spanning mental health, technology and workforce development, as well as working in the private and non-profit sectors. Sophie has a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the NYU Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. She has called Brooklyn home since moving there from Paris in elementary school.
